Reporting an Issue

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@popsmokesupply.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be required.

Outcomes

Approved cases may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

What's Not Covered

We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened, or final sale items.
