Shipping Policy
At Pop Smoke Supply, we do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within Canada only.
Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Times Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier. As a general guide:
- British Columbia: 2–5 business days
- Rest of Canada: 5–10 business days
We ship via Canada Post and Purolator.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email when available.
Address Accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Pop Smoke Supply is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Carrier Delays Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly first. If needed, you're also welcome to reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the order. Customers are welcome to place a new order with a corrected shipping address.
We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or refund any order if there are issues with the shipping address, payment, or order details.
